Tata Sky — Refund pending for more than 3 months

My Tata sky subscriber ID is [protected]. I requested for cancellation of Tata sky account 3 months back. Can you please help in cancellation and refund of amount Rs 3013

Inspite I have called and emailed them multiple times, I haven't got refund.

Hi, my refund amount is still pending. I also surrendered tatasky set-top box with adapter and remote 2 month before. Cancelled cheque leaf is submitted long back. Can you please help in fixing the issue
