[Resolved]  Tata Sky — refund rs.198.10 and asset claiming by company

Emailing multiple times forrefundcompany demand for asset returnand reply that thier representative visit our place but no one visited and we demand to provide our signedagreement that asset is of company but they simplyemail us that asset is of company before a week a go. For more then 7years old asset and hold our Rs. 198.10 provide asset evidence

Service Request No.: 1PNE8GBI Dear Mr. Pranav Vora This is regarding cancellation & refund towards your Tata Sky account. As per the validations we find that the request for an engineer visit for box pickup have been cancelled since we were not able to pick up the equipment’s at the time of visit. As discussed with you, at your request, we have cancelled your Tata Sky account on 29/10/2019. In case you wish to retain your Tata Sky connection, please contact us within 90 days. Further, we won’t be able to continue the services on your old set top box after 90 days. (Yes, that means a brand-new set top box and a whole new subscriber id!). We wouldn't be able to process your refund request as of now. We wish to inform you that the Set Top Box (STB) subscribed by you and installed in your premises, along with the Digicard and other related parts i.e. Tata Sky Limited’s property and is owned by Tata Sky. The same have been provided to you for the purposes of availing Tata Sky services, in accordance with the Subscription Contract. Accordingly, in case of cancellation, you would be required to return the Set Top Box along with the Digicard and other related parts and the amount available in your Subscription Account would be subject to forfeit. However, as a valued subscriber, post account cancellation & surrender of the Tata Sky hardware within 90 days’ refund can be processed towards the available subscription amount Rs.198.10 /- . Hence, we request you to write to us within 90 days in case of refund to be initiated. We urge you to always mention your Tata Sky Subscriber ID on the subject line of your email with your updated contact number to enable us to serve you quicker. As per the validations we find that the request for an engineer visit for box pickup have been cancelled since we were not able to pick up the equipment’s at the time of visit.

Complaint marked as Resolved not till resolved ask them to send email to us with copy to you with detail of evidence of asset is of tata sky ltd, our signature must required.. In agreement of asset belongs to tata sky ltd.

And refund Rs. 198.10
