[Resolved] Tata Sky — refund the money | |||
Respected sir/madam, Tata sky subscription id - Complaint id - I had raised a complaint recently stating my tata sky set-top box is not working. Services team attended to my request immediately. However, later it was found that the problem was not just with my set-top box; entire apartment is facing the same problem & this common problem was fixed from a tatasky common dish connection. I was informed that i should bare the service charge from my end. This is a common problem and should be treated that way. I am very disappointed with the way the service charges are pinned on people. Requesting you to take a fair play here and refund the service charge.
