Tata Sky — reg: account status is not proper | |
Dear sir/mam, My tata sky account ([protected] thalaivas - annual package). I renewed my tatasky account with thalaivas - annual package on 8-dec. Then, as per trai's new tariff, i was asked to choose my package and i did that through my tata sky app. I dont think it is effected till now. 1. I am not able to see the current status of my account. App shows something and set top box shows something. 2. I am not able to add/remove channels. App is not allowing me to view the 'manage pack' screen. 3. I recharged for 50 rs. On 3rd feb 2019 and opted for star sports tamil through sms. But star sports 1 hd was added to my pack instead. By the way mine is sd set top box. I am losing my money daily for that invalid subscription. 4. The due date which is shown in the app is wrong. 5. I am not getting any updates on my sms requests also. Can you please do the needful asap? Was this information helpful? | |

As per the new regulations do the the DTH provider themselves decide the 100 channels to be provided to me or do I have the right to choose, because my current DTH provider ie Tata Sky says TRAI regulations have decided the free channels to be provided.
