We have faced signal problem in our sd set top box - customer id - [protected] so we have called tata sky customer care and complained about the issue. After two days dealer attended the issue - dealer name - senvision - attended person name - ramesh - [protected].
They attended the service on 07th sep 2017. He solved the signal issue and he also discussed about the hd box. He said if you pay rs. 900/- you will get 3 months free with the same pack - rs. 260/-. We got instruction from some other tata sky representative that you dont want to pay for service amount - rs. 250/- and you have to pay the same pack rs. 260.-. Also we have got sms from tatasky stating the account balance and expiry date 19th jan 2018.
But now it has been deactivated on 07th oct 2017. After this we have called the sales rep mr. Ramesh - senvision. He asked us to discuss with customer care. After discussing with customer care they are telling that base pack is rs. 260/- plus for hd again have to pay rs. 175/-. But they never disclosed about this at the time of purchase. I dont know whether tatasky or the dealer is cheating the customer.
Again i confirmed with the tatasky dealer, he is telling the same thing rs. 260/- to be paid dont want to pay any extra amount rs. 175/-.
