Tata Sky — Reg.:- Not Prompt Service of Tata sky service Engineer in SUN CITY ,RANIPOOL, EAST SIKKIM.

Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice that your service engineer is not attended prompt service. every customer of sun city is totally frustrated. mostly customer is removed Tata sky setup box as since two months we are not able to watch any tv channel & also tv screen is hang now & than. your engineer only visit sun city & not do proper service.I Think, he is only waste time & doing nothing. pl. change your engineer otherwise we are all stop the TATA SKY SERVICE with in two days.I think he is only interest in new customer and forget old customer satisfaction. pl. do the needful. UDAY PISHWE
