I faced a service problem so i complaint to tatasky customer care. They have send a dealer after 2 days.
Dealer - senvision - person name - ramesh - [protected], office no - [protected]/[protected] came and solved the signal problem on 07th sep 2017. Also he explained about the hd set top box. He told that hd channels are free for 3 months, but now the connection got deactivated due to low balance.
Even i got sms from tatasky statting that expiry date is 19th jan 2018. After my connection got deactivated. They are explaining that you have to recharge.
I dont know how to solve this problem, also senvision dealer is responding like you are asking all this information. Why cant you ask before purchasing?
They are also mentioning that we have clearly explained about the package that 3 months free hd channels.
I am asking them you have explained like this now they are telling you have to pay your base pack amount rs. 260/-.
I dont know why the hell this free pack word is used. We are suffering like this. Senvision is not a good dealer please dont buy anything from them.
