helo sir,
we have four tatasky digicomps in our home, out of which we want to cancel the connection of one digicomp, its no:[protected].
we have contacted tata sky executives in the tata sky helpline number by our registered mobile number. Each and every time a different person picks up the call and says that we will give you a call back and then cancel the service but since two weeks neither did we get a call back nor is the service canceled.
we will simply be paying bills of the digicomp which we are not using.
