Tata Sky — Regarding defective Set Top Box

My customer I.D.[protected] & I have complaint 5 times in last 15 Days regarding my HDR Plus set top box & local service agency will collect defective Set Top box on 5th May 2015 from my house with promise to be replace within 3 to 4 working day but till today Set top box will not be replace . I am very much surprised that company send me SMS of closing my complaint without solving problem on same day in my all 5 complaints & I have inform all happened with me to company custermer care no. to Junior & Senior staff but nobody can give me satisfactory answer and my complaint still pending till today. Tata Group is known for there services but in my case I am very much disappoint & frustrate. Regards Jai B. Golechha
