[Resolved]  Tata Sky — regarding mismatch of recharge

I am giving this complain for second time as not solved. I recharged on 13th nov 2017 of rs 425 which is valid for 30 days. The next recharge date should be on 13th dec 2017. But message came the next recharge date is on 12th dec 2017. Sending this message they are earning one day amount. It's a fraud. When i talked with the customer care people i had to count them 30 days. Still they are not convinced of recharge date. They are keep telling the recharge date should be on 12th dec. If they are so concerned about the customer, should give extra day. Rather they are taking away one day. Please look after the matter. Thanks

Yesterday we gave a complaint that some of the Tata Sky subscribed channels are not coming.
One of the Tata Sky Customer Care people had taken the complaint and after 1 hour Tata Sky Technician reached our house. He said that Tata Sky Setup box is not working & we have to replace it. He said Setup box cost will be more than Rs2000. If Setup box is not working, then how some channels are coming & some are not.
Hindi subscribed channels are not at all coming. Is this some sort of cheating from Tata Sky.
Moreover, He is asking for service charges with out doing anything. Initially when we called Tata Sky Customer Care, they said that there are no service charges as it comes under Warranty period. What is this???
I am very disappointed with the Tata Sky Service.

Even after giving my Subscriber ID, There is no response from Tata Sky till date.

Also Yesterday I got the message that my Tata Sky Payment due date is April 25th 2018. Last Month My Due date was March 30th 2018. This Month how can it be 5 days before?

I don't know why Tata Sky people are doing like this with the customers. It's Disgusting.

I need a reply on this issue. Kindly take the action ASAP.
