[Resolved] Tata Sky — regarding new connection fraud | |
We have ordered new connection through online and done the full payment for the same. We are following with the Tata sky customer care and service engineer from the day one. Everytime we are getting false promises from service engineer and customer care regarding the installation of disk. Everytime we are getting new timelines only regardless of work done. We have purchased Tata sky because of brand name and the experience is really worst. There is no timelines and responsibilities for the work. Please help on this matter.
