[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Regarding new connection payment failure

I have applied for new connection and paid via gpay... On gpay transection was successful but tatasky didn't receive any payment and after so many call they told me to provide subscriber I'd which I haven't received so I can't have new connection or any refund for this .
