Tata Sky — regarding NO SIGNAL issue and LNBF replacement

My Tatasky Id is [protected].A month ago due to no signal problem a servicemen came and checked and told us that LNBF is damaged and needs to be replaced for which we agreed and paid Rs 330 and Signal issue was solved.Fortnight later signal problem propped up again and i went to check connection and was startled to see that the servicemen had put SUN DIRECT LNBF instead of TATASKY LNBF.I phoned him for which he did not respond.I tried calling call centre to register the complaint but it was too busy.I expect tatasky to solve this issue very soon or else i will take due action.I am attaching Photo proof also.
