Tata Sky — Regarding persistent problem with tata sky broadcast services and infield services

Having persistent and recurring problem in? Setup box since 4-5 months.. Infield services delayed and by untrained personel.. No proper communication between customer care and infield services.. Delayed service with lot of excuses.. Not able to reach the problem..
