[Resolved] Tata Sky — regarding re installation of tata sky | |
I have logged the request for Tatasky reinstallation in Thane on 2nd June Since then I m just following up for the same... It is being rescheduled n Being rescheduled ... Since I have paid yearly subscription .. it seems no one from Tatasky bother to install the same... This is really pathetic service inspite of paying a yearly subscription in advance n obviously not expected... Need quick resolution ... I have already lost 3 days... Is Tatasky going to pay me for same ? When the due date of recharge is near .. customer care will call 4 times in a day... Now no one is least bothered... When asked about refund of my subscription .. customer care says they cannot commit anything..
