Tata Sky — Regarding reinstallation of connection | |||
Date - 07.03.2016 - I have requested to reinstall my connection with dish as Tata Sky provided us connection as multi connection from others dish due to signal issue. Request Number - NAOHXO8.You Client Number - [protected] contact no.[protected] Person visited on 08.03.2016for installation but says it is chargeable. He doesn't clarify things. Once again I request to call center for re installation of the same, but no any reply. Yesterday night on 09.03.2016 once again I call to call center and talk to Technician regarding the issue and once again Launch the request, He says your particular time to visit, I have Given 10.03.2016 at 1.00 pm but till there is no any call and no reply regarding the same. Please look into matter and solve the situation. Do the needful for the same at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
