[Resolved] Tata Sky — regarding set up box issue | |
I have tata sky sd box. From friday it is showing only red light on screen and nothing is showing on tv. So i called on the helpline no. And they told that technician will visit. Next day i got the called from the centre and said will visit i. E. On saturday but not visited due to some issue, it is ok. Next day i again called them the centre told me that any how ur problem will be resolved by today i. E. On sunday but they dont came. Then i again called the centre and the guy was telling me that sd box is not avaipable and you have to upgrade to hd but i told them that i am not interested even though the guy was just forcing me to get upgrade. Is it true that normal set up box not available because the helpline no. Told me that its available. Was this information helpful? | |
