[Resolved] Tata Sky — regarding tata sky service charge

I made a complaint for not receiving signal on some channels on dale 09-11-2017 and my tata sky dish was check on 09-11-2017. Service engineer just check the dish and do a screw tight of lnb after that channels was resumes and working. Next morning i received a message from tata sky for deducting amount of rupees 225. I made complaint on tata sky for this and they said that charges was applicable but i am not satisfied for this. Charges must be refund.
