Tata Sky — Regarding: Technician

Dear Sir, /Madam, I would you like to inform you that, My TV some channels shows no signal then I missed call to this number [protected] regarding issue of no signal of some channels.I received a message form your end ( issue of No signal soon we will be sharing with you the work order details) on 03.04.2015. Again, Received a message (Tata Sky installer visit for WO:Ns[protected] is scheduled between 06.04.2015 11:35 & 12:15 ). But today your technician Mr.Arun Kumar -000659 called me regarding issue of signal and came my home and resolved the issues of signal problem and Charged me Rs.260 for change receiver. You already declared the signal problem for up gradation. Then, my question is Why you technician charged Rs.260 for receiver.
