Tata Sky — regret from customer side. | |||
Ref: please refer earlier mail Sir, Thank you very much for your prompt action against my complain. On 6th i have complained about technician misbehaviour for asking cash. The tata sky distributors immediately taken action against the complain and revised my channel package from below 400/- per month to 1155/- per month. My set top box was switched off from 7th oct 2019 to 11th oct 2019 but i received a message on my rmn that your monthly charges is revised. Then i called tata sky toll free no. I was informed that i have added bengla and kanada package. Unfortunately both language i don't know and this was added by distrubuter since my set top box was off and i am not using tata sky app on mobile i can't add this pack. Definitely this was added by distributors. Finally i understood that in india a common man has to keep quite and should not question for any thing. Unnecessarily by watching news and all i thought a common man voice will be heard but i was wrong. Sir a big very very sorry from my side here onwards i will not do any cmplain. Thaks for educating me because i am not so rich that i can watch tv in all language of high monthly charges. I furthed beg to the concerns that by first mail you have made me to pay 1155/- per mont after this mail please don't change my pack. This is not a complain it is only a regret letter from me please please forgive me. I don't have any more complain against tata sky and from my side the complain is resolved. My tv is showing this is wrong card for this settop box so please do something about it ( rms no. - [protected] )
