[Resolved] Tata Sky — reinstall request not been attended well | |||||
I have relocated from domlur to maruthi sevanagar, and since morning 9:30 am i have been putting reinstall request. At 9:30am when i he'd put request i was said i will be getting a confirmation call within 2 hours, which i didn't get, 11:30am i again called customer care and the executive took my compliant and again said within 2 hours i will get a call, which i again did not get, 1:30 i spoke to an executive who again said the same words and assured me that i will get a call in 2 hours and reinstallation will be done today. I got a call around 1:50pm from customer care asking when can they send the technician tomorrow as today no technician is available. I again called the tata sky customer care and again narrated the whole story, around 2pm, and the executive said this is the second call he is receiving from my side and he is sending my complaint do the higher level on the priority basis and i shall get call within 2 hours and reinstallation will be done today, but sad to say i have not received any such calls till now. My whole day was only wasted calling customer care and then waiting for 2hours. Such a waste of customer service, does not understand the value for customers time but yes are very straightforward regarding reinstallation fees of 300rs. Really is it worth paying such kind of fees with such bad service. I don't understand how can the executive expect a person to stay at home on monday, on a office day. Even after saying that i m a working professional they didn't bother to arrange the reinstallation today Highly disgusting Was this information helpful? | |||||
