[Resolved] Tata Sky — related to technician | |||||
Registered mob number: [protected] I made a complaint of signal on 26th august 2017, the technician visited the problem was solved on that day. After a week again the problem occured i called once again the helpline number of tata sky. I reminded them about last service and asked them to make technician visit once again they denied by saying that its not required we will help you to reset the settings. Again the problem was resolved. Now some of the channels are not loading because of poor signal strength. I once again called on 30 september, 2017 they told it would take charges for the same. I told them with the history, they denied that i have not called upon the customer care and no one has made me reset my tatasky set top bax setting. They do not have record so now they are asking once again for charges. They even cut my call in between. I made a call for complain and they do not have record so told me its my fault but i am surprised who the hell made me reset my tata sky box on that day. I called your help line only. Totally unhappy with this. Customer is god. Now you dont value them and you will suffer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
