[Resolved] Tata Sky — Relating to wrong billing for tata sky services | |
Dear tata sky team My name is aman sundrani and i from agra up (west) my tata sky subscriber id is ([protected]) This is to inform you that i have availed the services of tata sky technician on 24th of july 2021 i.e the day before yesterday.and the technician visited me because i was unable to watch tv because of no signal .He visited me and make it good and today my account balance was in my tata sky app its showing in negative.I was'nt aware of the charges neither app shown me any intimation regarding charges for the services for visit and the technician does nothing except Tilt the dish antina here n there .First of all tell me am i mad ill give you the chrges for no reason . Secndly if there are monkeys they now n then hang on the dish make the dish move so everytime should i call technician and pay 175 rs chrges for no reason .Also you are taking the channel fees for minimum chrges of rs 150 and these channels are simply of no use .I only watch one channel and then also i pay for useless channels. I dont think your services are that good .and for me its like the day before it was ok for me and now i feel like the wire tv services are better than yours at least they give all the channels with free services of any default or any such other services.Its just i am wrting down this email to you because customer care is of no use they heard my complaint and said we'll escalate it and they closed my complaint without resloving it.Its just tatasky offering fake services i[censored] cant solve it then dont give false hopes.and the main reason i m writing to you is that i want the refund of the charges.its just i haven't avail any service from tata sky in whole year and this first time i hve availed and that too you have imposed chrges.Money does'nt grow on trees.Every now and then we pay charges for the services which technician does nothing.and this behaviour continues i wont take time longer to switch off from tata sky.I want the immediate refund of rs 175 chrges in my account back.and customer care are for help not for false hopes thanks.
