Tata Sky — Relays totally unavailable for the past two days

Dear Sir/Madam, My cust.ID is [protected] I am located at Perambur, Chennai Since two days, we are not getting any relays through TataSky. My neighbours are getting relays. I have contacted many people but no one is properly answering and many people do not respond to my calls also. Today also I have paid additionally Rs. 1000/ My mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com My mobile no. [protected] May I request you to reply and send someone to my house and check Regards Anantharaman K
