I am using Tata Sky at my home for last 8 years but now I am compelled to say that service of Tata Sky has deteriorated so much that I am planning to change my service provider. I have requested for a relocation of my connection on 2nd May 2015 to a new Address. I have also requested for a second connection with HD facility for the second TV at home at the same time. The help line assistant noted down every thing including my new address. Immediately I got two Work Order Reference number -1. HWXUG87 and 2. HWYAYKH. However no one called us in next two days and no technician came to attend the work. We tried to call helpline number many times. Every time a new person picks up, listens, notes down but then nothing happens. Since 5th May Help Line Associates started calling up, asking about the problem and then saying that my new address is not updated yet (I don't know why), technician would call us soon etc. etc. Surprisingly, I got another new Work Order Reference ( HWYDDAB). Then two technicians called me, both from the area of my old address and they were not aware that connection has to be relocated in my new address. It shows that the help line people do not have any kind o[censored]nderstanding and coordination among them, they are not aware of their responsibilities having very relaxed attitude and totally indifferent to the loss the company is making in the process. Even after 5 days of request, my work is still unattended. I am without TV connection and wish to take a new connection from other service provider.
