[Resolved]  Tata Sky — relocation charges charged twice by representative as cash and also deducted from account

I have logged a complaint with complaint no 1888hlda. Representative arjun from tata sky charged rs.300 /-cash as relocation charges and rs.200/- for changing a device saying that it's not working. Rs.300/- was again deducted from my tata sky account and due to insufficient fund in account services stopped. Since two days i am calling on toll free no. To take immediate action but all in vain. It's really annoying. Total amount charged is rs.800/-would request to take corrective measures and resolve the issue at the earliest.
