last week I call log for NS (NO SIGNAL), when Your Engineer Visited our Site, he check Dish Direction & LNB Direction, Some Adjustment Done for Improve Signal Level, Stop Adjustment when Proper Signal Strength Display on Setup Box. & Complete Call.
after Evening Session In Our Account Relocation & Visit Charges Debited.
when This is Free Service visit & Relocation of dish or Dish Uninstall & Install Another Location Not Done. (Dish Not Move one inch)
why we pay this Charges.
