sir, my customer id-is -[protected]. i have shifted from bangalore to hyderabad, in dec-2014.
due to shifting i have requested tata sky to disconnect my connection temperaly, but from feb-mid i have mailed them to fix the dish and give the connection, till nowthat is[protected], no response.and now i received a mail and sms from tata sky that my amount is over from my account, how can they charge the amount with out connection, when the service is temperily disconnected how can they charge for that.tata sky charges are very high when compared to any other service providers. but the service is waste.they dont respond timely, even after 20 calls to them.
now i want them to fix the dish and give the connection. can it be done or not pl clarify, so that i can go for any other cable services.
