Tata Sky — Relocation not attended even after 1week

Complaint No.HP2WGLI vide the help request for relocation was registered on 16th April. Even before that the same complaint was orally requested via customer care number 6days before. There was no response. Hence, the same cpmplaint was reminded thru website complaint option. Still no effect. I doubt whether such company or service is existing or ceased to exist. Whenever I tried to call customer care we r put on hold for mini 10 to 20 minutes for which we are liable to pay money for call charges. Feeling really depressed n annoyed.
