Tata sky — complaint regarding relocation

I am having tata sky connection id [protected], i have lodged complaint regarding relocation but its more than 3days they say technician will be coming in 2hours but still no one visited.
I need some help to sort this issue as soon as possible. This is not the service i expected from such a big dth brand.
Please take this issue as priority.

Tata sky technician had checked the relocation situation and rescheduled the relocation as the new house has little changes with the wiring system of the house. We will discuss with the building engineer and get back to Tata sky technician for the relocation. Thank you Tata sky technician has cancelled the complaint registered with them giving some false statement. Also they have not returned back the dish after uninstallation from old house. i have raised the relocation request again. the technicians are not providing there proper details and phone numbers to register complaint against them. Request to do the installation procedures as soon as possible. Thank you. Issue Resolved Thank you for the help.

I am recharging my tata sky after 5.4 months.But I am facing error "This is the wrong card for this set top box".

Hi! That's not how it should have been. Kindly share your RMN/Sub ID and we’ll sort this right away for you.
Set top box is not getting power. the power supply wire from the adapter is damaged at the pont where it is being plugged into set top box. We get message in the TV monitor as signal weak -chech antenna connection.
