My consumer id is [protected] i shifted mt tata sky connection, a year ago (Around april 16) from vasai e (District thane) to borivali east (Mumbai). I was told there will be a small charge of rs 150 /= and the job will be done and i have to subscribe to an annual pack which i did.
Now suddenly i get a message that my pack is expired so i have renew, to which i agree no problem, and i renewed it for a month paying rs 490/= online.
But, the real part begins here they are showing a negative balance of rs 714 in my account so the 490 i paid was adjusted against this. When i called them they were unable to respond as to what were these charges said we will get back to you within 3 days. I got a call in after 24 hours that these charges were actually relocation and re-installation charges.
