Tata Sky — Relocation Request pending for 5 days | |||
Hi, I am Tridha and my subscriber id is [protected]. I have been using Tata Sky for almost ten years now. Its ridiculous that their service has gone really bad and they do not bother to keep the customer informed on the status of a complain/request. I had placed a relocation request for moving in the same society in Gurgaon from one tower to another and since the 8th of July 2015 I have been following up with them, i even called their helpline number and spoke to the supervisor twice yesterday 12th July and i was assured that my complaint has been escalated, however i did not receive any calls / mails or any information whatsoever on the installer visit nor did they visit us. Hopeless and extremely disappointing customer service on their part. Was this information helpful? | |||
