Tata Sky — Relocation scheduled but no technician calls no results id[protected]

I am writing this complaints with lot of disappointment from the call center and technician team of tata sky. After repeated calls and assignment of work order no technician came or called. One of the call center person was extremely reluctant to understand the gravity of situation. From 7-dec-2015 the order was to be carried out till date nothing has been done and now for recharge messages are being sent to me . We are extremely offended and plan not to pay the charges for duration 7-dec-2015 to the date till which it is not installed.
