[Resolved] Tata Sky — relocation services | |||
I am anil kumar kapil and my tata subscription no is [protected]. I am availing tata sky services for last almost 9 years. Recently i am shifted to new place and requested for reallocation of tata sky. I didn't got any positive response even after several reminders at tata customer care. After almost a week and after lots of reminders i got call from tata sky executive and without visiting he said tata sky services will not be working at my new place. When i said how he can say this without visiting location he agrees to visit location. On visiting he said that tata sky signals are very low and it will not work here. He said even if i want to install it i have to pay for cable 12 rs per meter for 100 meter cable and addition to that additional cost of booster 800/- have to be paid by us. And even after this i can't gauraantee that you will recieve tata sky signals. This unprofessional behaviour is not expected from tata sky. Was this information helpful? | |||
