[Resolved] Tata Sky — relocation terms not clear | |||||
Recently i asked tata sky for relocation services. Subscriber i'd - [protected]. First they asked me to uninstall current dish with 200 rs charges in which their technician told me that they could only remove the dish and not the stand and told us that we would require a stand to purchase. So we got dish with us from old address & we asked the dish installer to install it with charge of 300 rs. When installer came, they told us that we would either need to get old stand or we would need to buy whole new set of dish & tv stand which costs rs.700. Now i want tata sky to return us the rs.200 that we already paid for in installation which they did not do or to tell their technician to remove the stand that they denied.
