Tata Sky — Relocation/Transfer

Hi, i live in Hyderabad and have raised a request to transfer my tatasky connection to new address last month. After certain follow up's tata sky technician came and fixed the connection but didn't' do it properly, they just hanged the wire on the wall and left, i then requested them to correct it and called on tata sky no [protected]. every time they assured me that technician will come but technician after 20 days, this is something really frustating and spoliling Tata Sky image, i had to call them 70 times then only they came. after they fixed the issue they changed me again 200 rs as reallocation, so basically for one transfer/reallcoation i being charged twice. also technician took 225 rs as cash for some connectors and didn't give receipt. i want my 200 rs to be credited in my accohnt as i am not ready to pay for their mistake. Also when first time TataSky techinicain came, he saw my LCD was placed on the table and said he will fix it and changed 400rs for the same as well. so please look into this matter and help to get my money back plus now i want some compension for the trouble i faced beacuse of these people otherwise i am going to tag TataSky on all social networking sites.
