I have the same concern of not being able to remove package which I do not want via online or mobile. You can though 'add' packages with just a press of a button! Why this double standard. The company hasn't thought at all about the consumers. This is very bad customer Experience. I have called customer service more than 5 times and not being able to connect, I am guessing that those who choose to drop packages on mobile are sent on call line for eternal waiting. This was not expected from a company like Tata who believed in policy of principles. Utterly disappointing.
