[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Renewal package

SMS received that payment due by 16th march. 16th mar- payment of Rs 6400 done, spoke with customer care where the executive confirmed, package will b renewed. 25th- 29th apr - call received from tatasky, that package amount is changed, please pay another 600 for renewal. This upset us, as to why the amount was taken around 37-38 days ahead. We asked for cancellation of subscription and refund of money, which the executive confirmed will be returned. 4th may- called the customer care for status and explained the whole episode again, was promised that a call back will be done within 24-48 hours. 9th may- called customer care, spoke to floor supervisor, as usual assured call back will be done. 11th may - call received and the executive is asking to pay now rs 1100 to renew the package. Told in that we are constantly calling the customer care to resolve this. He also refused for the refund which was committed in the call which we had received in April. Please help us

You must try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve the discrepancy you are facing with the package amount.
