[Resolved] Tata Sky — repeated requests for changing fish from balcony to terrace

We asked for changing fish from our balcony to terrace on 7th April. On 9th again we called and after that the signal also was not there on our tv.but till yesterday np action was taken. Again yesterday I called and the customer care again took down my complaint the no of which is WO#1F0T3TbI. After that the technician came today and said oh I don't have tools so I'll come on Wednesday. Then I started calling customer care again then he said ok I will do it today. He said I will return with tools in an hour but now after 4 hrs also he has not come and not answering his phone also. I am paying for the channels but nothing is coming and the dish is also not changed to the terrace. Everyday I have to call but nothing is done.
