Tata Sky — Request for deactivation of second digicom - 6th sep sr[protected]

This has reference to our earlier request of deactivating second digicomp on 6th September 2016. I am surprised to see you are still charging for the second digicomp when we have clearly given instructions to close that digicomp .

How can TATA SKY be cheating customers and what is your customer services. Each time you do this and charge for days when we have asked you to deactivate the second connection.

Please get it deactivated Immediately and give credit of all the amount debited from 6th September till date in our account.

This is pathetic services by TATASKY which always told that we take care of customers and the best in class.. THIS IS BECOMING CHEATING CUSTOMERS. Please inform us immediately after deactivating and Let us know if we need to go to Regulator to complain.

I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that they can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter, de-activate your secondary connection and reimburse the additional amount deducted w.e.f 6th Sept.
