Tata Sky — Request for disconnection of relay in one set top box unattended

I had requested for disconnection of relay in one multi room connection a week back. My subs id is [protected] and digicomp no.[protected].
So far six persons have called by and asked for the details / reasons in the matter telling that in 24 hours action will be taken on my request.

But still they have not taken any action.
