I m using TATA SKY from the year 2006 & last year my I upgrade my connection to HD. My connection was not working properly (no English news channel are coming) from the last 10 days & I make a complaint many times, they Inform me that they will send me an engineer/service guy very soon but till date nobody came up & I M really tired of calling them everyday, I therefore request from your side to take some LEGAL ACTION. From yesterday morning I'm getting yellow alert light on in Tatasky setup box and there's no I'd display on it. If I call customer care I.e computerised, it ask for I'd no. Now whom to contact. Since today morning my tv is also having problem. I disconnected all the cables out of tv as well as setup box. Need urgent help, pls do the needful
