Tata Sky — restrictive practice

Dear Sir, I am a subscriber no [protected] since 10years Now-a-days I am not satisfied with your restrictive practices. Even if I have not applied for active smart games you have been charging for the channel .also you are charging for the channel 525 but I am not able to view the channel ..in online request I had requested to stop active smart games .but it is yet to be materialised .So I have stopped contributing my monthly charge .my monthly charge should be Rs.238 including Channel 525. please refund all the amount for active smart games and activate 525.or else you take back your connection Yours dissatisfied customer Aswini Kumar Dash [protected]
