Tata Sky — Reversal Amount not received yet

Dear sir
subscriber ID [protected] accidentally recharge with 10000 in place of 100 on 26/12/2020 I complained about incident to Tata Sky Customer Care they reverse all amount on 28/12/2020 but I Have not received reversal amount.
Tata sky Transaction, Id:TV[protected], Receipt Number:[protected],
Kindly sir/madam if reversal amount somewhere has stocked in your system kindly check and refund me.
