Tata Sky — Rs.1300 vanished from my account

I would like bring to your notice that my account id. [protected] & mb. no.[protected] had recharged of Rs.1300/- on[protected];5:20pm.

Now my bal is Rs.10.92 dtd.[protected]. Kindly see that why my account is so low no extra channels or packages activated.
