I was trying to place an order for tata sky hd box and amount rs. 1852 has been debited from my account towards billdeskpg.[protected]@icici but i didn't get any subscriber id or any notification from tata sky. when i called customer care representative he asked me to wait but didn't provide any satisfied answer. I have sent an email but still no satisfied reply also they mentioned that you didn't mention subscriber id so we cannot process this request.
Seriously i didn't get this
