As your technician had swap the set top box on 7th July, I was charged 400 for it.
But today I get a message that 300 rupees have been charged for the card.
this happened on the 7th july, the technician who broke the card, broke it because he was putting the card in and out again and again.
And he had confirmed that this card is broken from my side, so you will not have to pay the charge for it, then why did I get this charge?
And do you give such service to the customer that I did not like your service at all. First you confirm with the customer then charge and after one date is gone what is the point of charging. Was this information helpful? |
