[Resolved] Tata Sky — rude and improper information | |||||
This is anuja niyogi - tatasky customer care is extremely rude. They disconnect the calls. I have some call recording and i would upload it in the youtube. They are absolutely unprofessional and untrained people to handle tatasaky. I asked for a techician to come at 10am. Suddenly i get an sms that the technician will come at 3:25pm. And then when i called the custmomer care, they have not clue to this. They state that "we are front-end and the technicial will be arrange from the back-end" means that the front end team do not check with the banck end team at all. Now i have to stay at home for the entire day just for this. Meaning i do not have any other work to wait. Why is the front end team taking information. If they cannot provide the correct information from and to their back end team, why they are there then? Was this information helpful? | |||||
