[Resolved] Tata Sky — rude behavior of technician | |||
Dear sir/madam Iam complaining against tata sky technician, who should visit my home for tata sky new connection/installation as per company shedule time but not reached. I was paid full amount for tata sky new connection i. E 2, 100/- on 26/05/2018 at tatasky company canacona. Iam surprised that i didnt get single bill from company for full payment. But after 2 hours i got sms from company which mentioned that 1, 521/-rs recharge is done and installation will held on 26/05/2018 at 6-7pm. As per schedule company person called me at 5 pm & informed me that, he will visit home within half an hour i. E at 5.30 for installation. I left my important work and was waited for installation from 6-7pm. I called technician, name mithun on his contact number +[protected]. When he couldn't reached on his promised time. When i mentioned him u r not there on shedule time for installation, than his response was very rude. He don't know how to talk with lady. And angrly he said i[censored] have any urgent, take local cable connection will get installation and demo immediately. Great being tata sky employee he pushing me to go other connection. After full payment see how technician reacts, technician should talk with lady custmer in good manner. I use to stay opposite to tata sky store. Being very close & city area technician couldn't reache on time. God knows after full payment how many days technician use to take for installation. This technician is not bother about customers. No respect for customer emotions..!! Company should take care about this. Need to guide technician specialy how to talk with lady customers. Technician should knows that they are here because of customers...!! When they couldn't reach as shedule time they should call back customers and apologies for same. They should know value of time. Please take action on this..!! And send trusted technician for installation..!! I hope company will understand and will take immediate action on this...!! Was this information helpful? | |||
