I was not able to get a signal in my set top box for over 5 days. None of the 1860 - numbers were getting connected and there were instances when i had to hold my call for more that 10 minutes to speak to someone. I had sent atleast 10 "call back" requests but i never got any calls. At this point i called the technician (John [protected]) who installed my set top box. He was so rude to my queries on this matter. He was like "why dont you get another DTH connection which is better?" "why dont you keep on calling those number, maybe after 20-30 times they will answer my calls"
Is this the way they are supposed to talk? Since i had paid for an entire year, i cant switch my connection either. If not for that I would have switched for sure. Even on the day of installation he was so rude. He didnt give an answer for any of the queries we had. He said that his job is to set up the connection. If we dont get a signal then we should call the customer care.
